All artworks sold on this website are original pieces and are considered final sale.
Due to the unique and collectible nature of original artwork, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Please review all images and descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a piece, feel free to contact us before completing your order.
In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage so we can assist you.
Care and Restoration of Damaged Artwork
If an artwork is damaged during transport, I will carefully assess the situation once the piece is returned to my studio. Most works are made with acrylic on canvas, a stable and durable medium that can usually be restored without affecting the integrity of the painting. In many cases, damage is limited to the wooden stretcher, which can be repaired or replaced by a local carpenter while preserving the original canvas. Depending on the incident, restoration typically takes around 15 days from the moment the artwork is received in the studio, after which the piece will be safely returned to you. For works on paper, each situation is more delicate and may require a different solution, which we will discuss together if necessary. In any case, please don’t worry — the goal is always to restore the artwork as carefully and faithfully as possible.

All artworks are carefully packed and shipped from France.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Each piece is packaged with protective materials to ensure safe transportation.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
Please make sure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. I cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork and the packaging. The piece may then be returned to my studio for professional restoration, after which it will be carefully returned to you.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
